I'm a teacher, a baking fanatic and I love everything about food. I want to use my teaching and baking skills to help even the newest bakers make something fantastic.

My story

I’ve been baking since I was a little kid, making cookies and all sorts of bakes from scratch. I would scour though cookbooks at libraries, then experiment at home. That’s how I learnt the fundamentals of baking. As an adult, I find baking very therapeutic. It’s my little escape from the busy life I live in Melbourne.


Vision

I started this blog in 2020. It all started when I was thinking about how I could find more meaning and purpose in life. I combined my love of baking and teaching and created this blog where I can share my passion for food.
